Flames A'Glowin

I've missed sharing my feeble attempts at wit & wisdom with you for the past couple of days, but I'm getting too much enjoyment out of the fresh coat of paint my living room got and now I'm on a spree. I'm a veritable painting machine, going for a bucket of deep plumb tomorrow to freshen up my scarred dining room walls.

Anyway, I haven't been alone while doing the sprucing. MonsterPaw has been keeping me company while I'm painting....warming every last extra toe of hers in front of the fire.

Rock ON!!! It sounds yummy and the fire looks divine!

Wow. What a pretty photo. The fire looks so inviting and the kitty looks perfectly content. MonsterPaw. How cute! Doesn't painting a room make it all seem brand new? I've always thought painting is the quickest and cheapest way there is to completely change the look. Good for you. Paint away! You're on a roll. :-)

Now THAT is a cozy scene - looks like something on the cover of a home magazine. Looking forward to seeing the pictures of the new pain job.

Um, that was supposed to say PAINT job. :-)

you may have inadvertantly hit on something Mary. for those who are recreational, fair-weather painters it may never be the case, but when the school roof, or elementary restrooms demand to be painted it can definately be a "pain" job. When jenlo's mug of mocha wears off and monsterpaw jumps into a roller pan of deep plum, we may get a different 'tone' from the multi-colored mansion.
