What I Like & What I Don't

You know what I love about "falling" back an hour in the fall? I love that when I go to bed at 2am, it's now only 1am!

You know what drives me nuts about the time change? Spending all day Sunday hearing people say, "It's 8:00 new time, but it's really 7:00 old time. No, wait, it's 9:00 old time."

This time change always gives my husband an excuse to yet again bore me with his reasons for why the time change is stupid.

It also give me an opportunity to giggle at him looking up the "official" time and trying to run about the house setting all of the clocks to the SAME time.

I love your party foods! So cute! I like the time change, because it gets darker "sooner" and it makes me think that all the fun holidays are just around the corner! Have a great week! Wait! I want to see if I can use just one more exclamation point! Yes! I can! ; )

So, did you stay up until 2am just so that you could change all of your clocks at the proper time?

I love the extra hour of sleep, but hate that it gets dark early just when our weather gets so nice we have no evening! When trying to explain time change to the kids I don't know who ends up more confused - me or them....

I had to call my sister Sunday night because none of the tv shows were matching up with the guide...argh, hate daylight savings time

Gees, I still don't know what time it is half the time. I haven't changed our clocks yet and here it is Monday evening already. Bobby did change the alarm clock last night so I guess I better get a move on the rest of them. Well, I'm going to put off today what I can do tomorrow.

I was not happy about the time change this year, especially since I was called in to work from 2230 to 0400. I missed the extra hour of sleep, but hey......sleep or no sleep, I made it to church at the RIGHT time.
